let's see----high altitude take offs and landings, heavy weights, high temperatures, short runways, squirrely varible winds, downdrafts, mountain waves, no-speaky english, piss poor maintenance, first officers with no experience and who don't know shit, passengers who like to start fires onboard to cook their native foods, contaminated fuel, crazy inbred violent muslims and negroes, did I forget anything ?
@MyTopFun Although the twin otters a good plane, why dont you try landing it on a runway that isnt even pitched, just gravel, with people walking on it and is slightly uphill! Then say why does it matter if it is dangerous!!!!!!
yeah, I agree with the other guy who asked what was dangerous about this landing? ....an unrelated note: I watched the Robert Redford/Meryl Streep movie "Out of Africa." In the movie, his character flies a small single engine, open cockpit plane. "when did you learn?" she says. "Yesterday" he says, By the end of the movie, she finds out he was killed. You dont find out why. But africa has some slightly mountainous terrain. He probably got caught in a turbulent down-draft
