Oh the nostalgia, I remember staying at my nanna's house every saturday night with my sister. We used to love watching gladiators whilst eating a big plate of our nanna's special fat fried chips. I think I remember this episode too, Wolf was always my favourite gladiator. Even though it was scripted, it was hugely entertaining which was what mattered. Ah, good times.

Americas got talent only came before Britain's got talent because of the TV scheduled over here. If Simon the producer had a choice he would of put the Got Talent format in the UK first. Its just that Simon wanted to be on the British show and he was too busy in 2006. He wasn't too fussed about been a judge on the American one and could easily get people for it like he did do. So its just luck that America had the got talent formatted before the British.
