That's great for small businesses but means nothing for people who don't have a job while small businesses are too busy hurting during this countries 14th recession- so in the end Joe & Jane snuffy are still left out in the cold.
Federally mandated health-insurance- for those who can't afford it, and health-insurance reform, to prevent Blue Cross, Assurant, etc from dropping people is required, along with a healthy dose of 3rd rail tort reform. Either get up and fight real fights or go home.
