Fantastic! The recording session is great. For the first time I see it. The documentary is very important. Sorry, we can see it in movies. Congratulations idamawatu
i hope everybody can hear ali farke toure playing the African music that we in America call the BLUES...BLACK folks need to embrace the reality of not only our AFRICAN
origin, but we must stop hating who we are and embrace the fact that even today we are AFRICA...BLUES..FUNK..SPIRITUALS..JAZZ...and are their offsprings are AFRICAN music..played by AFRICAN people..who bc we dont embrace our AFRICAN selfs...suffer many socio-psychological problems in America
as mankind is from africa, and its our origin, we should clearly not have any trouble wit any kind of music, its made by man, free the herb, and let man kind be free
MY GOsh...Ali Farka Toure...this is pure Blues (father music of rock), yet there's an African Touch, the result is awewsome! And the document about the origins of rumba/soukouss/ndombolo (which later inspired coupe decale) was too short...Great though!

Where is this documentary distributed? I'd love to get a copy.

@1nassara
For Ali Farka, look for "ça coul source" Ali Farka Toure, a 50-minute film (in French).
You can download online for little money or just view it on V.O.D version in VODEO.

ben justement pour qu'il y ait un FLEUVE, il faut qu'il y ait DEUX rives...
Par conséquent ebale = mibale. Mibale Congo, nde musica moko.
