No, I don't "have to" love what is called "church" today. I am called to love God, love my neighbor as myself, love my fellow disciples as Jesus loves me, love even my enemies and do them good- but notice, each instance is about loving an individual. Jesus never told us to love an organization or a religion, if indeed that is what you mean by "church". You DO know that nothing that even closely resembles a modern church existed at the time of Christ or the time of the apostles, right? Think.
