Great question Geoff as the internet has allowed for a lot of confusing marketing. For one is the fact ours is made out of a much higher quality material that both prevents leakage, is much thicker, non-abrasive to the skin, and easy to clean. Second is that those "filler bags" are in small increments that cause an interior "flopping" in the bag that makes it very uncomfortable as well as leaking almost immediately upon use. The handles are too long making those that try to perform our movement
