In April, the leads decided to sign another contract until summer. LBB has left to pursue her country music career. She has an album out and I think she is working on another. She absolutely did not get fired or quit. It's just time to move on. She has been with the project for about 3 years, which is a long time for Broadway.

yea definitely...she was amazing and you could tell she was having fun with her last performance... she was acting really silly in certain scenes but it was cool because everything she did, she got a thunderous round of applause for - she deserved it! Let's just hope Bailey can fill her shoes - it won't be the same (because we all know how wonderful Laura Bell Bundy is) but I'm confident Bailey can bring Elle to life too! I'll miss Laura tho =(

i will too. ur right though. evryone put a lot into the show. how laura said, "maybe not to your face" in that almost rap way, the way she did a thousand under leg claps, and the way christian did the bend and snap in the court scene. i will forever love the ORIGINAL cast of Legally Blonde the Musical. laura bell=life. and i plan to see her in evry show she is in from now on.

i think she said she'd do some acting for tv shows, she's making another album, but her mom said she'll be back soon. she on the other hand is saying she'll be back, but not for a while. i hope, that someday, there is a reunion show, with all the originals, and i'll go to it.
