I actually found it me and my brother were playing the game and found him.

He's a blade dude wearing overalls and if you kill or hurt him he'll come back

you just have to wait in one area for a real long time and it will get foggy and he'll attack

4: It's the "rising" sun. Look at it at morning to day, you see it forming into the full sun.
