@BlueStarDiamont5 Portugal the country is on the Iberian Penincula next to Spain, the language Portugese was not included (there are only so many languages that one can use) and Portugal the Hetalia character has not been made official yet. Sorry for the varied answer but your question was kind of veg for a video like this
