I talked about this idea with my several people and the way I invision 'internet studios' working would be very awesome and possible, but the transition would nescessarily hae to be like this. The advertisors, cable companies and regular networks would all work against you, unless you A- engaged some bigwigs to work for you to produce several dozen shows/month, both short and long. People would have to pay a subscription fee/month (10-15$) to prevent piracy, ads would be in the casts -30 sec.
