As for his voice, I don't think there is anything pop-like about his voice; its melancholic, yet hauntingly beautiful. Much more interesting than the sound of the original song... But I guess everyone has their own opinion- feel free to disagree with me

@audiophil92 It is true that in this song Brendan Urie is very auto-tuned, which I don't really favor. What I meant by power was he isn't so softly spoken. It is true.. the song is VERY autotuned. Now that I listen again, I am reminded of owl city and maybe secondhand serenade.. not pop per say.. but softer.. much softer than panic! But all the same I love both versions of this song. ♥

But yes, this continues to be the best cover to date. Nobody likes p!atd it seems, I just can't grasp why. Yes, the emo fangirls ruined the reputation a bit, but they make gorgeous music. They're them, verastile, and talented. They're not fake. Go listen to "The Ballad of Mona Lisa", or "Nearly Witches", 2 demo's on new CD.
