I don't think it is "lazy" per se but this was about the time on tour that Carly realized that she was never going to sustain the absolute intensity that she was putting forward in the first handful of shows.
What I mean is, Carly's voice, as strong as it is, would never sustain 52 Glendale, AZ-like performances (the first show) in a period of 74 days. I would call it "measured" instead of "lazy" and wisely so, in my opinion, since she hasn't missed a date yet.

she sang it in tacoma and it was like my FAVORITE!!!
heart came from washington too so it was extra special!!

Carly is really good. Sometimes it takes a live performance to make one see the light.

For some reason, I always had some disposition towards her. I knew she could sing, just didn't like her.
Seeing THIS song live was just....holy crap. One of the most poweful, probably THE most powerful vocal I've ever personally witnessed.
