@5959512 at first yes. as you become more and more used to the controls, it becomes second nature. There are a lot of things to think about while flying a helicopter. Collective pitch control. Cyclic control. Anti torque rotor peddles and throttle input. Not to mention while you are doing all of that.... you haft to handle radio calls, and monitor cockpit gages. I’ve flown airplanes and helicopters..... helicopters are so much more fun... however way to expensive to fly.

He just couldnt fly it because its a difficult helicopter to fly compared to the more stable training ones. Thats why you need to be "checked out" on each particular type of aircraft because they all handle so differently
