@Jaadowgg Originally the series was about Games in general, hence the name "King of Games" and he would solve problems, from school bullies to an escaped convict by playing elaborate games with them, Including clock solitaire to find bombs on a Ferris wheel, word games, board games, even one where he set a guy on fire by making him cover himself in booze and then dropping a lighter on his hand. The Duel monsters concept and Seto Kaiba his rival for that game just became very popular.

@TheRiddlerisBack I know. I was just commenting that this particular series was about card games (Duel Monsters) and not board games (as sakur had said). I liked the first series of Yu-Gi-Oh! and it's a shame that it didn't get dubbed by a company before 4Kids got the rights to the second series. But if 4Kids didn't get the second series, we might not have had awesome music like this.
