You won't find him in the anime or the manga I'm afraid. He's in the Death Note Novel: Another Note. It's totally worth the read, I recommend buying it from somewhere. :3

He doesn't exactly say it's Beyond, he just says he and Naomi worked together on the "Los Angeles BB murder cases", I think anyway. Admittedly he does say BB, but that was before the book was written. So "BB" could of stood for anything.

well yes, but still, he mentioned it and it's the name of the book, so most just draw to the conclusion that that's what he's talking about. I mean it wasn't a BIG thing in the anime, he just mentioned it because that's where he knew her from.
