I did this once and I must have over-saturated my hair, cause the 48 hour period was hell! My hair was so sticky, oily with white specks.. gross! Loved the result though, my hair wasnt totally straight cause my straightening iron wasnt hot enough. I am doing it again as we speak, waiting 30 mins until blowdry and ironing time (with a new BETTER straightening iron that can heat up to 425F). Hopefully this time I will get better result!

I just did the treatment and love it , really hope it last 30 days. very easy and not hard to understand at all. If you can read and understand simple instructions you will most likely have great results. The only problem I have is.... I can't keep my hands out of my hair lol. READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. MOST PRODUCTS DON"T SEEM TO WORK BECAUSE PEOPLE NEVER FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS .

Saw your video and and decided to try the product. I love it. I am waiting for the 48 hours to be over. I sweat a lot so I will probably have to flat iron often but I love the way it feels so far. I hope it is okay to wrap it to go to sleep.

I have blonde hair, Like platinum blonde hair and I am african american/white. I've used the Organix Brazilian Keratin treatment before but not when I had blonde hair, I've heard it turns blonde hair a brassy color, do you know of this is true?

@sweetJudygreeneyes It does sound like you used a tad too much. By the end of the first day that feeling will start to fade and will be hardly noticeable on day two, and then it is time to wash. Try to hang in there because the results are so worth it. If you wash prior to the 48 hours, the product may not work and/or not last the 30 days.

when I tried it, I followed the directions, but maybe I put a little too much in? I tried not to but I think I must have. It took me soooo long to blow dry my hair, and I thought maybe after I used the straight iron, it would melt off the waxy, oily feeling I had. It didn't.Will it "soak" in more before the 48 hours are up so I can wash it. I feel like I just want to wash it out sooner, cause it's so greasy looking..

I hope someone reads this and can give me some tips.

decided to try this after watching two coworkers spend over $350 each. got the treatment on friday and spent the next two days in hiding. maybe i put too much treatment and caused these white specks to appear all over my head. it was horrible and so unsightly, but my hair was gloriously soft even after i showered on the 2nd day. it's hot and humid and my hair is refusing to stay straight, but it's so SOFT! i'm armed with the flat iron spray and anti frizz serum, that's it.

@poisondime just use any clarifying shampoo because that's what is in the treatment. They sell clarifying shampoos everywhere you should be able to find one.

I have treatment left over but used my preshampoo packet. For the next time I use the rest of the treatment, can I use the Organix BKT shampoo instead of the pre-shampoo since you don't sell it?

Is it better to have your hair coloured after youve gone through the process or is it ok to do on the same day after youve rinsed out your colour??

I have frizzy/wavy hair and tried this with a flat iron. Hair was straight for 1 day. Does not last 30!

Do you have to wait 30 before you can reapply this product and will it increase chances of breakage or hair falling out if you do? Also, with blonde highlights, how do you eliminate the bright orange brassyness from the highlights after the 48 hour waiting period???
