Being that it's a speed drill at the school, I'm not gonna knock him too much for reusing the ice, but everything else was just awkward. A lot of second guessing. Just unsure looking. And such weak pours. He must save his bar a shitload of money by giving people no alcohol.

He never chilled the glass for the martini, and he def did not use 3 0z of gin for the martini, which is a 12 count, and he didnt grab the martini by the stem...and why is he hold the bottles that way, he should have the index finger next to the nozzle of the bottle....for the apple martini it needs apple juice with a apple garnish. the alabama slamer has fucking amerreto, sloe gin, southern comfort, and OJ lol...what the hell is wrong with that school...

It's a test. The ice didn't matter nor was the ice real. And the alcohol is just colored water that resembles alcohol. In color so when you mix it it looks as if the drink was actually the real thing.

Mea I am going to tell you how he wouldve fail, espicially if he tested with yiur mother. first one he didnt ask str8 or rocks, and he used bombay. second he poured vermouth after the HQ, third he didnt call cranberyy and sipsticks were late, forth pineapple wasnt a splah and he didnt call it and straw broke the float, fifth didnt call the garnish, and last he didn't call out orange. Im the best student, u should use me.

I've been a bartender for over 15 years and I've never made a "Perfect Martini".

This school's gotta suck pretty bad if this is their best student. He pretty much does everything wrong. He reused the ice? Scarlett O'Hara? Never heard of that one. Also, he's gotta learn how to handle the glassware. Ugh! I've never seen such a heavy-handed and loud bartender.

no offense to the guy doing it...but u stir a martini so u dont bruise it and grab the glasses low so youre fingers arent on the area the customers going to put there mouth ....at our school we have to do three drinks at a time 12 drinks in 7 min with all slang.......
