Very Nice song by Nesmith of Monkees fame. Wish he wrote more of these! His "Different Drum" by Linda Ronstadt is a veritable classic.

Hard to write this kind of melody. Needs the background music to make it complete.

If you are a fan, check out his "Tropical Campfires" album... some great originals there... also the last album with Red Rhodes (steel player). It contains an unbelievably excellent cover of "Brazil" sung by Nesmith entirely in Spanish... that song alone is worth the price of the CD. Check it out!
