@jameeble It would run on Low - Medium Settings. Resolution shouldn't depend at all in GTA IV, i think u should be fine with 1280x720 or so. You have to test out. The GPU is just a bit slow =P but rest is fast enough

Use the commandline and set the view distance to "1" and then you will get 35-48 fps. 'cos view distance gives nothing, just lags.

On 1.0.7.0 patch far view distance is already intergrated and high textures give more FPS than medium or low. It's bag too )
