Yeah, I'm playing on an emulator, but I can't provide links here, even if I did remember where I got it. Your best bet is to just do a google search if you want to find it yourself.
Yes. You are in the right room right there. One of those blocks CAN be pushed when all the enemies are killed.
For the other item, you need to go back to the triforce room (try pushing against a wall....) One important thing before you do that: bring plenty of bombs.
Oh, and there are now three hidden heart containers that remain. Play your recorder on a mountain and you'll find one of them. The last two are reachable but require items to get to them.
Ah, found the answer - on the original FDS version, they could be killed through "loud noise" - not the flute, but by blowing into the microphone. This obviously was not present in the NES version, but the hint to this working (Pols Voice hates loud noise) was left in the manual. Being a defining characteristic of the enemy, this was turned into them being killed by the ocarina in Link's Awakening.
It's been ages since I played Zelda 1, so I seem to have somewhat screwy memories about it.
Instead of bombs and flutes, Pols Voices in this game are extremely vulnerable to the Bow&Arrow, but I have no idea where to find those in the 2nd Quest. It might be a good idea to buy Arrows as soon as you find a shop that sells them, just in case you happen to find the Bow. The original Japanese microphone trick works on the Pols Voices in Phantom Hourglass, by the way.
And don't forget that blue Moblins and blue Octoroks are still the easiest sources for free bombs! ;0)
do you know how ou got the rom?

Same deal. You'll just have to do a search for it. You can search for NES roms and you should find something.

I'll forgive you. It was worth a shot. Those buggers can be pretty annoying. Don't stop giving my hints and tips though. I appreciate them.
