Then you realise the reasons for the slow parts, the overall sad tune, when you realise the state the girl you're fighting is actually in, and the faster parts, which sound mystical, are because of her ability to do powerful magic, even in this state.

people think she's asthmatic, but that's a false statement. if you've played or seen EoSD it specifically says she's anemic

meaning: lacking power, vigor, vitality, or colorfulness; listless; weak: an anemic effort; anemic tones.

if you don't believe me, watch Patchouli's stage boss level and watch what she says when she loses. she specifically says "I'm so anemic. I can't even do a proper spell" again if you don't believe me, watch her boss level for yourself

When she says she's anemic, she either is as well as asthmatic, or it was a translation error.

Okay, bear with me here people.

Patchouli's power as of EoSD was a Stage 4 Boss, usually. When she was feeling "A little better", she jumped up to EX Mid-Boss. Now, that's not "cured", that's "a little better". Like, after you have a bad cold, you're still not 100%. Logically, if she was CURED of her sickness, wouldn't she be stronger than Flandre and the other EX Bosses? Putting her on a level with Yukari, Yuuka and Suika?

But if she was cured, i guess she could beat Yukari because she is very smart and has powerfull magic, and because of that she could make strategy to beat those that she fight and not just charge head on without any plan

She isn't asthmatic, she's anemic. Asthma means difficulty breathing, being anemic makes it hard for blood to clot, forming scabs, if a wound is big enough on an anemic person, they could bleed out and die.
