Victor is perfectly capable of taking care of himself and in such a situation it's not exactly brave or intelligent to retaliate. Same can be said for Jason as Marco was blatantly goading him. The girls had caught onto their game plan and it was in their interest to create some drama. You can't form a clique and then expect the rest of the house mates to take orders from you. It's interesting that most men who've won BB haven't been the dominant type, I don't think it works in this type of game.
