Went to play with some friends last weekend and they're all into bluegrass. I didn't have a clue but tried to follow along. Came back went straight to your site and found this. Thanks. This is a great place to start.
I really like this video! But I'm really slow when it comes to learning a new song on guitar and can't learn by just seeing someone play it. Could you please send me some tabs or something for this? I'd really appreciate it.
this guitar is a Collings OM. 12 fret guitars have something unique about them i think and are well suited for BG playing imo. All the best with your music and thanks for watching!
Another standard I am going to learn. Thanks for all the videos and instruction. Its helping this 55 year old geetar player stay motivated! Oh, and nice guitar!
One suggestion, play the entire song through at the start to give the viewer an idea as to how it's supposed to sound. Although this is a standard tune, there are a number of variations. Nice job overall though.
great suggestion and i normally would - however i have a video posted (with link above) of me playing the entire tune for reference. Thanks for watching,
Great lesson T. I appreciate you modesty!
