Thank you for posting this. I have been wanting to see it ever since I purchased the set of LPs containing the recording, back in 1974. In the same year, I was fortunate enough to be at the Albert Hall to see Stokowski's last public performance in the UK where, aged 92, he gave a glowing performance of Brahms's 4th symphony with the New Philharmonia Orchestra. Sadly, no video or film recording was made of that concert, but it is available on a BBC Legends audio CD.

Alexander Glazunov - Violin Concerto Op. 82 in a minor:

1. Moderato, attaca

2. Andante sostenuto, attaca

3. Allegro

Nobody, at any time played this Concerto so wonderfully perfect as Mme. Silvia Marcovici.

She was only 20 when made this recording with Stokowski.

Absolutely magical !
