Wow Myskina, haven't seen a match of her in quite some time now obviously, but I still can't stand her. Love her look of desperation while Venus was just blasting winners from side to side, reminds me of Wozniacki getting her moonballs rocketting back to her by Sharapova. yup. she had no confidence since coming back from injury and her sisters muder in 04. This was actually her 1st top 10 win since that. Then Wimbledon came around and she somehow found herself again it was sooo great. Now she needs to have a big win this year, been so long :(

@VsAStarr She came back too early; her sister was murdered in September 2003 and Venus came back at the Australian Open 2004. IMHO, she should never have come back that early! I know when a loved one passes away, life goes on, but I still feel Venus should have taken more time. Still, that ab injury and a death of a loved one set her back big time and she needed to ride the wind with a few devastating losses here and there.
