I saw this band when they were nothing but another emo band buried in obscurity. Way back in January of 2003, they supported the Used on their European tour, and I literally saw them play on a stage with no barricade or roadies, so you could go up and beat up the band if you wanted. Its funny to see that very band no one gave much of a heed about ascend to such astronomical heights in the space of a few years.

Not funny when you realise what an astounding album The Blakc Parade Is. Coming from someone in their late twenties who doesn't buy into so callsed "EMO music" at all. That album is what's catapulted them into the mainstream - anyone who tells you otherwise is kidding themselves.

It was an amazing show i took my 13 year old daughter and although i did'nt know all the old songs it was awesome watching everyone joining in and enjoying themselves, MCR have some wicked fan's. LOVED IT!!!
