that plane is nothing .from where ive observed ,they are very large white jets pumping out 4 massive streams.the one i observed yesterday amidst high winds and a giant rain cloud headed for the east this jet rolled up ,and blasted this massive stream and just left the area .the cloud quickly spread out and hung with the rain cloud.its disgusting ,and Im sure its what is going on in the east.Someone should pay .

They are actual "clouds" forming from the jet engines under the right conditions to be "persistent" - where they actually become (linear) clouds, rather than just water vapor that burns off & dissipates...if the conditions are right, they "persist" and remain in the sky as clouds that these pot heads imagine are some "plot" to kill everyone, including their own relatives...what bunk. There is NO proof because this theory is WRONG!!!

@bridor1701 Just look up Wikipedia or something - you'll never get anywhere unless you educate yourselves instead of pretending just like children do. The white lines are contrails which is nothing more than condensation. Water vapour is a product of jet fuel combustion. At high altitudes when the temperature is within a certain band, this condenses and becomes visible, similar to cloud. That is why there aren't contrails all of the time. I even learned that at school.

Just more of them now because....drum roll please....there's a lot more air traffic now & flight patterns in & out of airports is tighter & more controlled...thus, tighter patterns. It's harmless, yet there is ALSO pollution from the jet fuel burning & THAT is the "stuff" being detected in traces, but nothing significant. There was a decimal place error printed ONCE & that caused this "theory" to be born.

I have watched thousands of flights going over me at cruise altitude leaving contrails and have never failed to identify any. If I was at your home, I could tell you exactly what each plane is, the operator, flight no, tail no, altitude, speed, departure/arrival airport etc. Tell me then why I have never seen one of these so called chem sprayers?

@Rychardson15 If you read further up you will find that an airliner only dumps fuel like this in an emergency. At take off, fuel accounts for more than one third of a widebody plane's weight which must be lowered on most aircraft types in order to perform a safe landing. If weight is not brought down, brakes could overheat and tyres may deflate etc.
