  • So let me get this straight, you walk into a big bank like citi to remove your money, and the big bank immediately says you are trespassing, a man gets on the phone with the police and the police come and arrest you for trespassing while trying to move your money to another bank. Now you see who controls the police, the banks and the fat cats getting rich off of them.

  • Pigs like these deserve to die in a pen.

  • in the uk trespassing is a civel matter but where going that way aswell

  • Comment removed

  • We as a people are only a step away from being told to "turn around for processing" and then being shot in the back of the head.

These people should have fought their way out.

  • Makes me sick. Fuck the banks and the cops.

  • @@;;

  • If I complained that someone was trespassing on my property, the best I would get from cops is them escorting the person off the premises. The Banks are getting special consideration, obviously.

  • 1. Banks should not have been allowed to keep anyone hostage.

    2. How is the Bank's word worth more than other people's?

    3. People tried to leave when asked, and were restrained from doing so.

    4. People who had left were pulled back inside.

Railroad if I ever saw it.

  • OWS PATHETIC! Listen to them cry. They can't even take a bust with dignity.

  • 4:23 WTF

Oh btw how would you like it a group decided to protest in your place of business, you'd be calling the cops to have them removed. Fuck off!

  • file a civil suit on the man blocking the door for false imprisonment. it looks like there is a case for it. consult an atty.

  • @txcrawl Also make sure you comment on both sides of the story, because I saw police grabbing and physically pushing a woman. I don't care if she had an account or simply had a story for Citibank , it was inappropriate of the cops & I'm getting tired of police thinking they are above the law and can touch, push around, and pepper spray women. There are enough sick people trying to rape and touch our women in NY, we don't need cops doing the same. It's sick... & It's clear police serve Citibank

  • @johnnyrivera710 "Also make sure you comment on both sides of the story, because I saw police grabbing and physically pushing a woman."

if you have seen many of these videos, then i'm sure you would have seen my comments regarding "the woman outside". again, watch the video on my page and you will see her and her boyfriend inside during the demonstration. he actually walked around filming it. i bet he's got some good footage of them "closing their accounts".

  • @johnnyrivera710 "I'm getting tired of police thinking they are above the law "

but you think it's okay for these protestors to think they are above the law? they broke the law and suffered the consequence.

  • @txcrawl I saw all videos. I didn't see anything "above the law" by the protesters. I saw them peacefully voicing their opinion. They were courageous enough to speak up. And maybe they were "rude" in your eyes, but they did not seem "above the law". I'm sure if the police gave them a warning, none of this would have occurred. How would you react if you were held in a bank against your will? And it wasn't just about closing accounts, but sharing their stories about how banks affect our lives.

  • @johnnyrivera710 they did seem to think they are above the law when they refused to leave when asked.. why go to a bank to cry about high tuition prices? they are barking up the wrong tree. why should it have to wait until the police get there for them to leave private property? that is just silly, not courageous.

  • @johnnyrivera710 "How would you react if you were held in a bank against your will?"

if i broke the law, then i would have no problem with it. but i would have the common sense and respect to leave when asked (just like the person that recorded the video that is on my page.. they left when asked and were not arrested). wow, rocket science huh?

  • Comment removed

  • They were never given an official warning by police to leave. After watching ALL videos, I only see aggressive behavior from the police by dragging people that were trying to leave. So @txcrawl your anti-occupy comments are getting old. I've seen them on at least 3-4 videos. If these Occupiers were trying to show misinformation they would not record and release videos. If some occupiers were rude or misinforming people then please call them on it. The movement is about transparency.

  • they were asked to leave, and not only did they refuse, they also rudely spoke over the employees.

  • Notice they weren't read their miranda rights.

    Arrest should be void.

  • You cannot be arrested for trespassing unless there's a sign outside that warns people they are trespassing. Furthermore, being held against someone's will is kidnapping, so these people have the right to sue the man in grey for that very act.

  • @Guernicaman Actually in most states you only have to refuse to leave one time, to be guilty of the crime of tresspassing. You dont have to have a warning by anyone. When you decline to leave just one time you are a criminal tresspasser, also when you commit a crime on private property the security agents of that company who most times are commisioned by the voted in city government, can detain you, i.e. lock you down, lock you in, prevent you from fleeing.

  • Also the Miranda decision only applies to asking questions which are intended to seek guilt. The miranda is intended to protect someone from answering questions that are used to self incriminate. You do not have to be advised of your rights under the Miranda decision just because you are arrested. I.E. you only have to be read your rights if you are being question or interrogated.

Read a book, get knowledgeable, take a class, learn something, but at least stop being ignorant.

  • @steveandcharity - Have Americans forgotten their rights already? My political science teacher would disagree w/you. In a COMMERCIAL private property, you cannot be arrested for tresspassing during regular business hours. Right of admission MUST be displayed in writing for someone to be denied access to a place of business. They could've arrested them for disturbing the peace or even inciting a riot, but NOT "criminal tresspassing", UNLESS they were warned ahead of time.

  • @steveandcharity - And nevermind the guy who was dragged from the street/sidewalk and pulled INTO the branch just to be arrested. That alone should be considered kidnapping.

  • htey are arresting the wrong people.

  • The guy in the gray sweater needs his azz kicked!

  • So they don't like it that the government took them into custody, yet they want the government to do MORE? How about we get the government agents out of the picture, let the bank hire private security guards to just gun these people down. After all the Indians slaughtered by the white criminals I won't be shedding a tear for them if that happens.

  • why was the Chief of the largest department in the country there?

  • That dude in the blue jacket, If he didn't produce a badge and official ID, I would have told him one time to move, or he would have been moved!!! PERIOD!!!! As for his shoving that one woman, that is called Battery, and that is a crime... FILE CHARGES ON HIS ASS!!!! and then sue the bank for one of their employees physically shoving you!!! YOU WILL WIN!

  • wtf wrong with these ppl?why cops have arrested those ppl?where is the law and order?where is human right?where is democracy? I think america have no democracy left for their own citizens caz they exported all. yeha !

  • We aren't told the whole story here but I am shocked that they allowed the bank worker to stop them from leaving. He doesn't have that right. Sign of the times.

  • @yupyup1562 Look up Milgram's Experiment.

  • @Watersnake777 I watched that video. We are taught to respect authority from birth, but when the game changes and authority is on the side of wrong, there is the dilemma. I still think from what the people said inside the bank that this was a planned, set up event.

  • NYPD= private security for the wealthy. tell me how these clowns differ from blackwater?

  • @bigncornfed they get paid less.

  • 4:23 thi sis just too funny !!!

  • couldnt it have been flipped around and and the guy at the beginning been arrested for assault?

  • NYPD are no better than the KGB or even the secret police of Syria! These cops represent the rich people. They represent the bankers who poured money into their foundation. Does anyone know that The New York City Police Foundation received 4.6 million dollars from J.P. Morgan within the last two years? Did you know they received at least 100 thousand dollars from billionaire Carl Icahn, Goldman Sachs, Barclays Bank and others? This is why NYPD are acting like the rich man's goons!

  • Now we all know who the police work for, and it is not the public, even though we pay there wages. Its The Banks......

We can see this is false, as these people in the bank are being held against there wishes.

Time we all looked at the system in place and stopped paying the taxes, to keep it that way...

  • Clear false imprisonment and they should have forced the guy in blue out of the way. A private citizen, even a security guard can't hold you for trespassing alone. You have a right to leave before the police arrive. These people should file charges if they haven't already.

  • it's boggling my mind how corrupt the nypd has become

  • the pigs control the baNks

  • Why didn't these people arrest and detain these police? ~ When a crime is being committed...we have the DUTY to stop them, by any means needed. The "police" are committing FELONIES and these dimwits allowed themselves to be arrested by criminals. ~ If a COP tries to arrest you illegally, you are obligated to render the cop into submission. ~ COPS are not the LAW...don't know the LAW... therefore, are unable to enforce THE LAW. The police dept. is an "agency"=business=money=illegal. SO???WTF?

  • Who the hell do these coppers think they are, betraying their own people for these banking criminals. Shame! shame you NYPD. The world is watching and we are disgusted at how enslaved the US public with their fascist regime

  • the Pigs have no right to arrest american civilians.

  • Oh, those police officers -- what idiots they are. Look at the faces -- they're morons -- sheep -- they do anything they're told -- don't expect sanity.

  • Cops are you friends! *rolls eye*

Why have they waited so long to close the bank account in the first place?

Ya should be out of ALL paper back stocks credit unions ect ect.. if not your gona lose it.

  • This is crazy, I dont think people truly understand what precedence this sets. Dangerous times!!

  • @clay4387 TOTALLY AGREEEEEEEEEE.... THE DARK SIDE TIMES IS READY HERE?????PEOPLE ARE $LAVE$=(IN TOTALLY IGNORANT AND ARROGANT=DOLLAR $NAKE REPTILE=ONE=IN GOD WE TRUST..WTF LIBERATION AND PURIFICATION TOTEM $HA-MAN IS COMING OVER U$=)ENJOY2012=2013

  • If I were them I would have walked out the door and if that guy tried to stop me I would have busted his fucking skull open.

  • Pretty tough guy, too bad you weren't there and violence doesn't solve anything but the adrenaline rush of childrens minds and hearts.

  • @715070 damn straight. False imprisonment is a violation of my human rights and I will take a mother fucker out for trying it. Every man has a right to freedom even if he has to crack open some skullz to achieve it.

  • Cops = minions for the banks.

  • And to think not so long ago those people could have sued Citibank for false imprisonment. Now they and the police can do whatever the hell they damn well please and get away with it.

  • like omg, welcome to the nwo

white people finding out what the homeless and minorities have known for decades

  • and that's chief Esposito to you, not Lieutenant.....its nice to see top brass out in the field

  • how are they trespassing when they are clients and their money is in the bank?

  • @SputnikMedia They don't have any money in the bank they only have the promise that the bank is going to give them the money that they gave to the bank in the past. They aren't trespassing if they were their as customers though and weren't asked by security or a manager to leave so your question is right.

  • @SputnikMedia IS NOT YOUR MONEY $NAKE REPTILE=(REMEMBER IN GOD WE TRUST=DOLLAR $NAKE REPTILE=ONE=NEO WE ARE $LAVE$=( WAKE-UP????DISNEYLAND IS TOTALLY FAKE AND FAIL SONEER OR LATER=)RUN FOREST RUN 9/11 THE TWIN TOWERS IN N.Y =NEW BABYLON TOWERS IN THE BIBLE= THE TWO PILLARS=JACHIN AND BOAZ ???ENJOY 9/11 IS RITUALIST NUMBER GENERETOR STAR GATE IN TOTALLY FEARSSSSS =(HUMANITY TOTALLY LOO$E.....THIS IS INSANE AND CRAZY BBY, THE ONLY WAY OUT IS LUV, BE PREPARED,

  • The banksters control the police.

  • i'm sure some of them wanted to fight back and resist the unlawful arrests, but one person fighting back could put the rest of the people in danger. is the risk worth the reward? eventually you'll see these people fighting back though. it's a shame the police can't just be more fair. "could you all please leave or you will be placed under arrest" that's all they had to do, the people probably would have left. if not, then place them under arrest for trespassing or whatever.

  • nice lipstick

  • you people give the true meaning to the word "cattle"... So dissappointing.

  • why dont 20 people just rise up and just walk out!!!? Or are the effects of the fluoride taking over.

  • ahaha... i guess circusboy90210 really lives up to his name. ocw never give up till the job is done! power to the people!

  • from France . Don t give up . You re showing the way to the 99% of the world . DON T GIVE UP

  • wow this video needs to be spread around the interwebs. Polic that won't just come in and say "move along". Citibank congrats on making a stock barrelling fiasco! Congratulations!

All the branch manager had to do was tell the police officer we aren't pressing any charges, and boomp problem solved.

    Totally ridiculous.

  • "the fed actually has to ask the us to print the money for them and is loaned this invisible money from the us treasury" Where did you pull that one out of? Yeah, the treasury has to print it, but it's not a loan to the fed.

  • When bank takes your money for an account you have a contract relationship that allows you on to thier property to conduct busness it is shamfull and illegal for them to keep your money by force that is theft. citibank did this very thing to world war 2 refugees who wanted to access thier accounts when they got to the USA.

  • Why didn't anyone tell this police officer that he would be personally sued in the wrongful arrest lawsuit ?

  • Did these people have the bogus charges dropped ? And have they filed a lawsuit for wrongful arrest ?

Supposedly trespassing for being in a branch of a bank in which they are customers exercising their consumer right to terminate their account with this bank.

  • These people are a joke. JOKE I SAID. People need to get a job and a life and just wanted to say THANKS NYPD for keeping these idiots in check.

  • It has started. They are rounding up Citizens of the United States that do not agree with the empire's system.

  • any employee of a busniess can tell you to leave, it's not necessary for a policeperson to tell you to leave or warn you to be trespassed in or on private property. have fun in jail terrorist.

  • they should have left the first time, after that it's a bank and you can't blame the people they might have thought it was going to get violent and the people rob them. ows is terrorist.

  • @circusboy90210 Why do you think OWS people are terrorist's? They seem like nice law abiding citizens to me that are exercising their first amendment rights

  • @TheRickmurray do some research you will find out that they are exactly just that and you will find out they are not law abiding citizens, trespassing is not law abiding, interfering with private business is not legal, blocking traffic is not legal, there are a whole host of illegal activities involved. they even suppress freedom of speech on their face book page if you say things they don't agree with. they actually even antagonize police . they want to destroy the american way of life.

  • @circusboy90210 I think what they are doing is wonderful but dangerous. The banks are the terrorist in this county. They pay no taxes and except bail outs from our goverment that we pay for, then they repo homes while at the same time giving millions to things like Nascar and CEO'S.

  • @TheRickmurray a tax break for nascar is not giving them anything it's just stealing from them a litle less. banks pay taxes just like everybody else. the people who don't pay taxes are the ones who demand everybody else pays more taxes, the lowest 10-30%. you are confusing banks and our government. the bailout was nothing more than a loan and has been more than paid back, people act like this was free money ,it was not. ows wants communism.

  • @circusboy90210 You really need to look into this more before making such statements. BOA claimed they made 4.4 Billion in income, received 45 Billion in bail out money and paid 0 Federal taxes along with GE and Citi bank.

  • @TheRickmurray the income of the employees and shareholders are taxes. the 45 billion bailout was actually a loan that was payed back.

  • Should have hit the fire alarm.

  • Tear Gas! More Tear Gas!

  • This reminds me of that seinfeld episode. Was that wrong? You know if someone told me having sex with the cleaning lady on my desk was wrong, I wouldn't have done it.

  • THE U.S THE COUNTRY OF FREEDOM .....

  • investigate the video i have posted on my page. it shows exactly why these protestors were arrested. criminal trespassing. they were asked to leave the bank's private property and refused. their own damn fault. police acted as politely as possible. no charges dropped after seeing the video of the protestors inside the bank prior to getting arrested.

  • @txcrawl They are being raped from behind by the banking system. What do you expect, and I watched your video. Read my comment on it.

  • @psxwarrior who is being raped and how? i saw your comment, and it appears that you approve of breaking laws to try to get what you want.. stand up citizen you are hahah!

  • @txcrawl You don't get it, do you. Do you realize that not one single TV is made in the United States? Not one. It's all made outside of the country. All the potential money making wealth has been shipped to other countries. These free trade agreements have fixed it to where real jobs have just plain left. We don't make our own iPods, TVs, cloths, you name it. We do have a little manufacturing, but most of it is over seas. I'll post the rest of my comment below.

  • @psxwarrior A lot of these people can't find good enough paying jobs in their field, because of that, and they end up working at mcdonalds, so how do you expect them to pay the money back, and why is school so dang expensive anyway? Answer that.

  • @psxwarrior well maybe they should look into changing their field of profession.. things change, life rolls on. you can't argue that crap because it's up to the individuals to make something for themselves. they will just have to suffer the consequences of their actions if they cannot afford to pay back loans that they took out. how hard is that to understand?

  • @txcrawl Maybe you're right. They could try to start their own business, but it's really hard to do that because of all the compitition overseas. I really don't see why you are defending the big banks as well as big government. You probably believe that bin laden was responsible for 9/11 as well.

  • @psxwarrior hahah you are way off. sure they could start their own business. or they could find an employer, and maybe even work their way up the ladder.. you know that does happen if you actually put forth effort to work and strive to do a good job. im defending the private place of business for having the protestors arrested for criminal trespassing. don't start putting words into my mouth, you're just spewing more misinformation and that is what is making this world go to crap..

  • @txcrawl Tell me one thing. Why don't we have one single TV manufactured in the United States?

  • @psxwarrior

olevia televisions are made in california

  • @txcrawl Impressive, but we'll just have to agree to disagree on this matter.

  • @psxwarrior and why are you so hell bent on manufacturing jobs? most of that crap is done on an assembly line by robots...

  • @txcrawl You have a point there. True. But even so, it would be nice to have those robots making iPods over here in the states. And it's not like it's all done by robots. Ever hear of chinese workers working 16 hour days to make stuff sold here in the states? We are not prosperous because manufacturing, mosf of it anyway, is done elsewhere in the world. I'm sorry if you can't see my point. Also, you talk about working your way up the ladder, but not everyone is cut out to be a CEO.

  • @psxwarrior people all over the world work all kinds of hours. i myself have. prosperity doesn't come from manufacturing alone. it comes from capitalism and striving to BEAT your competitors. it is your president and government that is pushing companies to move overseas. i never said anything about being a CEO. every job has a hierarchy. find something you can be good at and work your way up from there. it takes desire and effort and that is what is lacking in today's youth.

  • @txcrawl The problem is all that capitalism will eventually cause our country to fall if the currency isn't backed by something, and I think that's what I've been trying to get at all along. Yes, I do agree with you that striving to beat your competitors and capitalism are a good thing, but I just feel like we have to have something in this country to back up all the money we are making, otherwise the currency is just useless. It only has value now because the USD is the world reserve currency.

  • @psxwarrior you think that is what you have been trying to get at? you think? not from what i have been hearing from you. it's not the banks fault the money is worthless. all this protesting needs to be directed at the white house, the president and our government. they are the root cause of the these problems.

  • @txcrawl I KNOW what I was getting at. I know what I believe, and it's certainly not what you believe. You are clearly interested in the status quo, whereas I'm interested in true financial freedom. Not all this monitary manipulation by the federal reserve to try to keep the dollar afloat. You really do not see the bigger picture, and I'm sorry for that. You truly are a part of the problem, and not the solution.

  • @psxwarrior i understand this gets you emotional but try not to let it. what you believe is just that. it's your belief. just like an opinion. the bigger picture is the government and not the dollar. they screwed it all up. these protestors in the video are doing nothing to help our financial situation. they are simply complaining about their own downfalls and crying for someone to bail them out. how am i part of that problem? because i'm not crying about my debt?

  • @psxwarrior it's backed by sweat equity which is just as good as gold or better. gold is just a metal and has no real value other than the sweat it took to take it out of the ground.

  • @circusboy90210 Yeah, but that sweat equity has to be making something of value.

  • @psxwarrior just working is value enough it does not have to be something permanent.

  • @circusboy90210 Well, when I think about it, you're right to a point, but at the same time we have to be able to have something of value to trade with other countries as well. It's not as if we could just trade work hands that put out sweat equity. United States says I'll give you this guy that can do this if you, China, will give us this guy that can do this. Also, at least gold takes a lot more effort to get, which makes it more valuable.

  • @psxwarrior we do have something of value money, food, gold, silver, concrete, etc... the reason we use money is barter is very clumsy and involves way too many trades for a simple transaction. not everything is equal in value but money alway is.

  • @psxwarrior not all schools are expensive.. my college is and has been paid off. i am still paying for my wife's tuition because she attended a private college that was expensive. we both worked full time while attending college to help with the financial burden of having loans to pay back. it's a persons choice on where to further their education and to plan for their own financial future. it's also a persons choice to AGREE TO PAY BACK MONEY BORROWED. plain and simple.

  • @psxwarrior raped?? how ?? rape infers they had no choice in the situation. nobody forced them to get loans . get real .

  • @circusboy90210 Just like nobody forced the U.S. Government to get loans from the FED? Just like they weren't forced to sell debt to countries like China to finance this world empire? Just like Greece wasn't forced to get more loans just to hold their economy up which is on the brink of collapse anyway? The whole world works on banking loans, not just people like you and me. If everybody from you and me to governments stopped borrowing money, the system would collapse.

  • @psxwarrior no nobody was forced to sell debt to anybody they treasury bonds are sold on the open market to the highest bidder. the fed actually has to ask the us to print the money for them and is loaned this invisible money from the us treasury. nobody forced the students to take loans for their schooling , what happened to the parents saving?? what about working through school??? grants ?? scholarships??

  • LOL @ 3:03 "DON"T GET INVOLVED WITH IT " THATS Y WELL NEVER BE AS UNITED AS PPL TALK ABOUT !!!!

  • THE REAL BOTTOM LINE HERE IS THAT THE POLICE ARE THE ONES BREAKING THE LAW.

  • AGREE 100%. THEY WILL ALL LIKELY HAVE CHARGES DROPPED.IF YOU DO GET ARRESTED FOR ANTHING RELATING TO A PROTEST., DEMAND TRIAL BY JURY OF YOUR PEERS. IT WILL CLOG THE COURTS AND YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE CHARGES DROPPED.

  • This is ridiculous. The cop walks in and says "you're all under arrest" no investigation or anything. This is the corrupt garbage people are going through. This goes to show police are on the side of corporations. No investigation, nothing.

  • @CECOAdvocate I know, right? One time I was in a restaurant and it was getting robbed. A cop came in and arrested the gun-wielding man without an investigation. Talk about acting like a corporate shill! All he cared about was that restaurant's money and manager. He didn't care about the alleged robber. What has become of our country?

  • @PatrickHenry75 man with gun simple he's guilty . cut the shit dude, use your brain instead of trying to read shit into a situation that's not there.

  • @circusboy90210 If I break into your house and sit down on your sofa and you call the cops, do you think they need to investigate whether or not I am trespassing before they haul me out of your house? If I am standing in a bank with a camera taking pictures of the layout, do they need to investigate before taking the manager's word I am trespassing?

If these people did nothing wrong, the court will decide. Police are not judges determining innocence & guilt.

  • @PatrickHenry75 we are on the same page here sir. even semi public spaces like banks restaurants malls are still private property and you can be trespassed. if someone makes a complaint to the police then you are to be arrested and bonded out untill you are proven guilty . however in the case of trespassing after you have been asked to leave you are immediately guilty close case nothing needed but to appear in front of the judge and take your sentence.

  • @circusboy90210 I got ya. I thought you disagreed with my original sarcasm. :)

  • @CECOAdvocate no investigation necessary banks don't call the police for no reason and the employees have a relationship with the police . this is not corruption it's called the employees in the bank are known to be honest hard working tax payers who have no reason to call the police unless something bad is happening. .

even without that if you have been told to leave you are trespassing a crime in itself.
