Or in other words, player 2 would nearly be harder to lose to if controller 2 were disconnected

for the entire match.

Try this game yourself (The World Warrior) on SNES, and be sure to play 7 star CPU.

You'll experience for yourself how many hits it takes to pull off a victory.

If you manage to beat the game like that in 10 tries or less, you're a true hero against CPU.

The one's I did get to enter though, made the impression of being soulless.

The uploader is actually playing through an emulator, Kawaks I believe. If you're interested in the arcade experience, it's not difficult to find it and a ROM image of the arcade World Warrior. The 360 and PS3 might also offer it for purchase through their respective services, but I'm not %100 sure.

Most people in these videos always seem to base their experience off the SNES, or CE, or Turbo, or Super, etc. See for yourself how different the original WW is.

those arcade cabinet emulators. Street Fighter II however, is not one of the games I've taken

under the scoop yet, I always took for granted the idea it wouldn't be different from the SNES version,

atleast not like that.

Sure is a lot of idiocy in this video's comments. Most of these people have no clue just how simplistic and predictable the AI of this game can be if you take the time to learn it.

to foresee 100% you will still need to pull of exploit actions to work around the supreme priority

given to the CPU's moves. You need to be absolutely flawless, and quick as lightning with incredible,

no.. inhuman consistency in pulling off moves at exactly (frame precise) the right moments.

Then, on top of that there is you with a great health handicap against Mr. Tank CPU.

Guys, this IS the hardest difficulty setting. I've played it and the CPU totally acts like this. If you look at what he's doing they're all at legit openings that are BUILT IN weaknesses of the opponents he's facing. Remember this is SFII, before they did all the sophisticated programming. Also, look at when he's hitting them--when they're jumping, getting up, etc. Has the timing down perfectly for SFII, which is what the game is all about. Zangief can't do $#!% from some angles to a human.

C'mon you GTFO.. The only method to get damage that big in, is to attack Blanka for instance when

he's in the middle of his roll attack.

And yes, the damage does change. It's called "handicap" and it goes up when the difficulty goes up,

meaning you deal less damage.

He actually do use something else than the 3-hit combo... In order to defeat the opponents on hardest mode you`ll have to be quite defensive defensive.

However unfortunately for you, and sadly to your distaste it is the hardest setting. If it's an effective combo, why not use it, oh and since your the expert kindly tell me another combo.
