I had sam problems with my super hum so I went back to 20mb broadband that used the bassic modem but still pages like twitter have problems loading.

I have 50mg but the super hub they give out now keeps resetting Im told its netgear that needs to send out new firmware updates. any advice please

yep super hub sux.. cant use my new one to play online through wifi.. my ping just goes crazy up n down.

Solved it by disabling wifi and conecting my belkin N wifi router to it.

so just using it a a cable modem.

@wids67 , yes dude , i have the same problem with this crap machine , our ping is very very high , and keeps going up and down like mad , have tried anythingto fix it its just doesnt bloody work , super hub realy suxx , since we aupgraded to 50 our internet 10 times worse , even accesing the superhub has become a issue , virgin doesnt provide the services they say they do they just keep sending us dam super hub boxes , but nothing changes .......
