at 0:51 you can see he does a cardini change and putting the top card upside down under the first card and catches a pinky break over the top 2 cards. when he puts the jack he picks up both the jack and the upside down card as one and now the upside down card is on top which he lifts and reveals the change

yes,its simple ..but i think there is a set up ^^
the second card is face up, and get a break on the top card and as you turn the card down
you grab the face up card
thats my guess..
i think its 75% right..
