Convengamos que Fire Bomber NO EXISTE, sino que simplemente es la banda FICTICIA dentro del universo de Macross que interpreta estos temas en el mismo.

Durante años nunca se dijo quiénes tocaban, lo cual me parece una aberración hacia los músicos que pusieron su talento en esta música, pero hoy en día gracias a conciertos como este y a internet la gente sabe que Basara no hubiese sido quien fue de no ser por Yoshiki Fukuyama, quien le puso la voz cantada al personaje.

@MikersCorbenik en la realidad la Banda de Fukuyima se llama F-Band en alusión a fire bomber. De todas formas Fire bomber ya regreso el año pasado con el disco Re- Fire. los vocalistas son Yoshiki y Chie Cajiura.

Fire Bomber es una banda ficticia creada para la serie, que básicamente se trataba de Humming Bird acompañados por Chie Kajiura, los únicos conciertos que existieron de Fire Bomber tuvieron a otros músicos tocando y a los Seiyu como vocalistas, por lo cual no fueron nada de lo que un fan de la serie hubiese esperado.

@zakutiel Ah, y Fire Bomber no volvió el año pasado por el mero hecho de que nunca existió.

El año pasado(en realidad el 2009, pero bue) fue el 15vo aniversario de Macross 7, y sacaron ese disco conmemorativo con todos temas que no están en la serie, salvo por esa versión extraña de Totsugeki que no le llega ni ahí a la de Fukuyama Fire. Hay hasta historia de la existencia de ese CD dentro del universo Macross, como la hay de Fire Bomber America, pero sigue sin tener nada que ver con la serie.

Fukuyama-san as been a huge influence for me becoming a singer and i do intend to cover some of his songs in a band. they are easily the best song i have ever heard from any band and i was a fan from the moment i heard them

It's called a relic guitar, it could be brand new but made to look worn. Some signature guitars are relic style, maybe his is..

It's a customized 1972 Fender Stratocaster. Fukuyama-san bought it used in the early '80s. It was in like new condition then, but it's his favorite and he plays it - a lot!

"Well-loved" is putting it mildly. It's been in the shop several times and both Fukuyama-san and his fans will mourn on the day when "the strat" has finally worn beyond repair.
