Oh, we should all praise paramore for giving this great band recognition. This band already has a SOLID fan base. They don't need paramore to thank for that. I have nothing against paramore, but some of these comments are absurd.

great band its all about evolving in music. Always had a respect for the direction these guys went in. it always had a emotion including The Return of the Frog Queen. Check out Supertouch one of the first EMO (hate saying that) bands. just good music
Sunny Day is such an awesome band. I've been their fan for soo long now I can barely remember and it was even before that one Batman movie they had a song on the soundtrack.. like 15yrs ago or somethin.. Jeremy's solo stuff is really good as well. Sunny Day will certainly always be one of my top 4 bands of all time.
SDRE aren't emo, they are a nostalgic alternative rock band. Yes alot of emo bands have drawn inspiration from then. But thats like saying Nirvana and the rest of the grunge movement are also emo...which ofcourse they are not..

@TTGOrgan I agree that the cover doesn't do the original justice, but compared to some totally brutal covers, like Karl Wolf's mutilated interpretation of Toto's masterpiece, Africa, it's not bad.. And I'm just glad Paramore made the cover, not Good Charlotte or Kings of Leon or some equally useless group. Because even though it doesn't match the divinity that is Jeremy Enigk, Williams has a nice voice. It's just too bad Paramore's sold their souls to the industry already..

they didnt, I said that they covered At the Drive In's songs (One Arm Scissor and Invalid Litter Dpt.) without recognition. They didn't real cover the songs they just integrated them into the end of two of their songs, which I thought was even worse cuz it makes it seems like its part of their live act to make those songs longer with those parts from ATD-I's songs

I just don't understand why 99.9% of ppl either don't know what a cover is (they didn't steal the song, they sing it because they like the band- what bc they're musicians they're not allowed to sing other songs or like other genres?) or they feel as though they didn't sing it *exactly like the original* really? stfu. they didnt, I said that they covered At the Drive In's songs (One Arm Scissor and Invalid Litter Dpt.) without recognition. They didn't real cover the songs they just integrated them into the end of two of their songs, which I thought was even worse cuz it makes it seems like its part of their live act to make those songs longer with those parts from ATD-I's songs
