@OMCZ123 Yes in all aspects, the fitness of a soccer player is way more than a rugby player infact the VO2 max is much much higher on a soccer player than that of a rugby player, static strength or relative strength soccer players are stronger. 25m dash soccer players are faster, agility soccer

players are more agile. I can easily tell you have little experience in understanding sport.
