@yaznuv Surely you don't actually believe the simplistic view of "israel only retaliates" There are countless videos here on youtube of Americans or Brits accompanying Palestinians to the farm areas in Gaza that Israel de facto declared to be no-go. In those videos you'll see Israel taking pot shots at those farmers. In some videos, they shoot at people who go to retrieve the bodies of people who have not come back. When the entire population is suppressed, don't be surprised when they retaliate

How dare the Palestinians retaliate like this! Why don't they just submit and die? Just because Israel has taken large chunks of their territory and resources, wiped Palestinian villages of the map, deprived the populations via brutal and illegal blockades that leaves them bereft of any hope while not forgetting killing their people with impunity - anyone would think they'd let Israel get away with it scot-free.

I just came back from sderot today, I saw the effects with my own two eyes. I saw school that had to be turned into bunkers to protect kids from the over 400 rockets that came down on them SINCE the cease fire agreement. How many rockets has Israel launched since the cease fire at gaza..0.

Israel could bomb a school and kill every child and say they were not targeting the school as they targeted a person near the school. That's how they get away with it. Dont say they dont. But yes, sometimes it is retaliation in the form of terrorism. When you steel people's lands and deprive them of human rights, don't be surprised when they do these things. @wotdoesitmatter Israel sends leaflets to the Gaza strip and makes phone calls to the residents of the targeted area to evacuate on time, so no, I really don't think they do. Some idiots have made errors but if you want to interpret it that way then you're free to do so. And even if the IDF did whatever it still wouldnt be the civilians fault. UK troops have been accused on shooting civilians in Afghanistan, so I suppose you'd be happy to be killed as a "retaliation" just because you're british?

Its a nice propaganda story and as there maybe the occasional moment when Israel does this for the cameras it doesnt happen generally. Some idiots think this happens all the time and the Idf is righteous. UK troops do kill civilians in Afghanistan. UK troops do get killed when Afghans retaliate. If your family was killed, I bet you wouldn't retaliate. You'd send flowers and submit your ass.
