Didn't you see the episode "Doomsday" at the CW? Davis was killed by Jimmy, so why should he be back for season 9?

yes I see it, but when I made this opening, Sam Witwer probably stay in the cast but for playing Zod, not Davis.

No Sam Witwer isn't coming back. Callum Blue is gonna play as General Zod and he will be a regular. Metallo is the other villain will appear. Toyman will return too. There is gonna be a Justice Society of America episode as well. I was at the Smallville panel at Comic-Con in San Diego this past Sunday and they showed a 5 minutes trailer of Season 9 and it was so wicked and EPIC! Oh Clark is gonna wear a black trench coat with a black shirt with the blue "S" signal and it looks wicked!
