@dekota94 You most certainly CAN film a cop on duty in public in all but a few states, 3 I believe. Anyone in a public space can legally be filmed w/o consent, even if they aren't aware of it or don't like being filmed. In public it is assumed you have no "expectation of privacy." The right to free speech is protected under the 1st Amendment, which includes media. Any pics or vid can be considered media. YOU need to wake up, do some research, & start taking this seriously.
