A lady I knew got adopted literally & legally with name change and all, at 32 yrs by a really nice family she went to church with. The father of the adopted family gave her away at her wedding 6yrs later. It just goes to show it's never too late and family isn't always blood! I think that is the sentiment here.

I tear up with Chet says "Maybe I can finally get a little sleep." Aww, Chet. He was such an interesting character. I always enjoyed seeing his relationship with Shawn, even if it wasn't always good. It's nice to see them both get a little closure in this scene, even if the talking-to-a-ghost aspect is sorta strange.
My uncle recently died. He had 4 kids. Watching this episode touched me alot especially the cemetary scene. I just envisioned my cousin talking to his dad one last time. I was just balling my eyes out. Boy meets world has an episode for every occasion and every emotion. You can relate to it and you feel the chemistry off screen. They feel like my second family. Whenever I need comfort I go to my DVR and watch an episode. Laughs, Tears, Joy, Best show ever made and ever will be made.
Shawn is SO messed up, he can't see that he has the greatest things in life. Sure he doesn't come from anything perfect, but no one does. This is one of those episodes I wish I could help him through his pain. That's how you know this is a good show.

My friend's dad passed away. I spent the night to help him out a bit. We turn on the tv and what do we see......THE SUITE LIFE ON DECK. How the hell is that unrealistic representation of life gonna help my friend with his loss. For every sad thing that occurs in my life, I Youtube "Boy meets World" for security and advise on how to deal with things. Not sure how twins living on a boat and going through 30 minutes of fake background laughs. Boy Meets World is the right way to raise up a child.
