Realistically, Khali would be undeflatable to anyone in the WWE, cept maybe Big Show. One real punch from that guy would kill someone, bust their skull. In some moves, including the chokeslam, the seller is the key to make them look devastating, rather than the performer. And from what I see in this clip, it's not that impressive. I'm sure he could do better than that.

Amongst the big guys, Undertaker is the best at selling chokeslam. Just check out his match against Kane in WMXX.

Wrestlers always jump for the chokeslam. It's standard procedure. It would be dangerous for someone to actually be lifted off the ground by their neck so suddenly. The wrestler executing the chokeslam mainly relies on his opponent's momentum to get him up in the air before slamming him back down. No doubt certain wrestlers are physically strong enough to pick up another man, but the stress it would put on that man's neck would be tremendous and could lead to serious injury.

Most of the chokeslam move itself is done by the superstar receiving the move. They have to jump up as the opponent signals with his arm, or make it look as though the move is being all done by the opponent. In this case, I can see Kane needing to use a lot of his own strength to aid Khali higher in to the air, Khali can't bend his knee's anymore, so I highly doubt Khali put in much effort, he was probably dead weight to Kane.
