I just can't believe that 'gazing' or meditating on sets of letters will create a desired result. I DO believe in energy forces, and that the ancient people held the 'key', but it's been lost. Could it be these names accompanied by light and sound? I used to meditate on Samech-Aleph-Lamed, nine times, three times daily with love and light for months but I honestly did not see or feel change. There's something missing.

I would also suggest that when gazing on סאל (samech alef lamed) following the order of the prayer of Rav Kruspdai in the Zohar for sustenance where we pray for the sustenance to go to the righteous (tsadikim) , to us, and to the whole community (or earth) in order to prevent the abundance from going to the other side, God forbid.
