@catmanchung ... I somewhat agree with you! 'Respect', is simply to treat others with dignity and honour despite your difference. Putting others down is definitely not part of it.
The right to voice your opinion is another thing all together though. But I think voicing out does not have to mean you have to attack others, but there seems to be a fine line between the two.

咁你覺得真正嘅社運要係點呢? 冇組織嘅市民去請下願, 然後等政府大人發落? 冇錯, 工聯會係中共控制, 職工盟係美帝資助. 但要有力地反抗, 不得不組織. 我認為這要靠大家開創不受財團政黨左右, 以反資本主義為綱嘅工人運動.

@john8888hk 問題唔係由乜嘢資本支持或控制，亦唔係你所講嘅反抗有冇力或有冇效，更唔係我覺得社運係點，基本上我覺得係點一啲都唔重要，我只係一個nobody，我講緊嘅係「社會運動（social movement）」呢個名稱到底點解，亦即係社會學對於社會運動嘅定義。當然你可以有自己嘅理解，認為社運等如「反資本主義嘅工人運動」，但既係公開討論，我只能夠認同公眾對社會動嘅定義而唔能夠贊同你個人嘅定義。
