The Upgrade is available or the users that have the Blackberry Desktop Mager AKA the CD that came with your Blackberry. once you plug the phone in it will load any new Updates.
i'm sure by now, the Blackberry site would have an O.S. upgrade available for the Storm... but every time I'm on there, I keep going in circles... upgrade your software..yes.. click here..ok.. want to learn more about upgrading? YES!! ... nothing. Back to square 1. Where can you get the official release for this stupid software??? Why does it have to be such a pain in the ass????!! I don't want to deal with a potentially buggy leaked O.S. from China.
this OS has a trillion bugs and glitches. it sucks more than the phone itself...... i almost broke my phone when i "upgraded" to this crap... had to downgrade and now appreciate the slow ass but less faulty 4.7 OS

Also the BBM is disabled and i wonder if there is a way to redownload it or something like that? and also the Camera is disabled
