The damning part of the cell phone conversation is also located within my videos. The officer did not properly articulate his reason for arrest, which was the fact he was being agressive. England was far from civil and the video does not have any audio, nor is the picture clear enough to see his facial expressions.
I was trained to lie on police reports. It was a mandatory licence training instituted after 911. It was explained to my class as creative writing. That if you say slam a man head first into the ground you say on your report that you escorted him to the ground. There were more examples given for creative writing given by the instructor.

Between the grammatical errors, the spelling errors, and the punctuation errors I'd have to say this is the posting a kid. On the other hand, if djgreeneyezx is a real "ex military AIRBORNE" you ought to realize that you are not the only one. Do you have any idea how many are cops? Looks like the police could be charged by the military for "destruction of federal property". Could the cops screw up a piece of military equipment? Isn't a soldier government property? Hell, wouldn't that be something. A convoy of gunships taking over the police. Now that would really be something to see. Amazingly, we beat down Iraqis and face bombs but fear a dude with a tin star. Simply amazing.

Only serviceman can be charged with destroying a serviceman's body because it's a UCMJ crime, and generally it relates to a serviceman ruining his own body. This is under the juristiction of the County of Clark, not the military (not even the city of Las Vegas because the airport is located outside city limits)

The LVMPD is also the Clark County Sheriff's department. The two were merged (hence why its called Las Vegas METROPOLITAN Police Department) They have county-wide jurisdiction.

What I am saying is that this is a matter for the county COURT system. I wasn't referring to the police who might enforce the law differently in each jurisdiction (city ordinances don't apply to the airport, and some county codes don't apply to the city)

The media doesnt report the facts, they create the news. The story line says Soldier beaten. No, the fact is it was a regular guy who came to vegas to get F'up and got into it with the cops. thats pretty much it. As far as what happened between the SGT and the cops you only hear one side of the story and you cant see what the SGTs actions are cause he's covered, just a dumb hick looking for money.

England being very civil and asking questions about why he was going to be handcuffed, the officer then replied "You used foul language, *SNICKER* AND BECAUSE WE WANT TO..." But hey, he's just a dumb California hick looking for money right? The police were totally in the right *rolls eyes*

The damning part of the cell phone conversation is also located within my videos. The officer did not properly articulate his reason for arrest, which was the fact he was being agressive. England was far from civil and the video does not have any audio, nor is the picture clear enough to see his facial expressions.

I was trained to lie on police reports. It was a mandatory licence training instituted after 911. It was explained to my class as creative writing. That if you say slam a man head first into the ground you say on your report that you escorted him to the ground. There were more examples given for creative writing given by the instructor.
