I was in pre-school and a huge tornado came. Me and everyone freaked.... and the teacher told us to go into the basement. *WE WERE IN TORNADO COUNTY* and we did. So when it was gone we came up and our playground was gone and all the dirt and rocks were in the class.... the roof and some desks were gone!

Pour ma part elle n'etait pas si loin, mais elle est lente. Les vents ne doivent pas être si puissant pour être aussi près...elle parait grosse parcequ'elle a aspiré plein de débrits mais c'est juste de la terre.

Dans l'eau il n'y a pas de débris , c'est le faite qui et un courant d'air trés chaud qui fait un phénomene bizare , enfin bref plus elle se raproche de la terre plus elle rétréci vu que si il n'y a pas d'au sa amrche pas , c'est une trombe d"eau

It's been proven many times that tornadoes can form over water and also travel on land (contrary to popular belief - please read the books on the subject if not convinced), and vice versa. They can cross rivers without any difficulties... Call it what you like but this remains a full blow tornado ;-)
