  • In the end Black is fucking black, this was created by the slaves as a way to separate our race, its still working till this day.

  • i'm light skinned . but the white people at my school see me as being as black as the other black people .

  • Sexy eyes wit sum DSL's. Datz a gud start.

  • I understand, but theres a differences between a Preference and a Discrimination

  • She acts akata.

  • I respect your video and what you are trying to do. But it just seem that you are trying so hard to generalize yourself with all black women but at the same time disassociate yourself with them by saying you are light. You are black and that is that. You are not light skinned and neither are you dark. I think if you are treated a certain way by other black women that may have something to do with your demeanor. Im not saying that black women dont act funny towards other black women. But I don't

  • I am 14and this I know my self is wrong girl light skin is pretty and dark skinned I have heard boy's say "all I date is a red bone long hair" and I am not a light girl and they end up liking me not because of my color but cuz of my personality so u are wrong ok

  • I honestly have to say that when lighter complected blacks say that they don't have it easier I feel like they just say that to cover up the fact that they do. They don't want to miss out on the benefits for being light. More media attention comes to them. The girl even admitted it in the video. So that tells you that they do have it easier. They may go through things as well but they have it easier than darker blacks.

  • @gmcmim1 I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. Dark skinned blacks are the ones that are mean towards us and non black ppl and then dark skinned blacks wonder why nobody likes them. It's not the skin...It's the woe-as-me inferiority attitude that has to go. I don't think I'm better than anyone and I'm a mulatto. That's something that dark people need to learn to understand for a change. Only then, will things get better.

  • @DaPrincess007 I was just stating my opinion.

  • @DaPrincess007 I just remembered how when I was growing up people use to tell me that I was so nice for a black person. If there are darks who are mean it is most likely because they grew up being treated bad. You act as if non blacks and light blacks don't treat dark skinned blacks bad.

  • I'm very proud! because this girl is Cameroonian, so beautiful and hot Viva CAMEROON!!! thumbs up sis. As for the topic I think it's old fashioned, I mean the most important is feeling good so sisters who could feel threatened by "fair skin" need to trust in themselves, cause beauty is a package not a skin tone.

  • nice looking coffe skin baby your lips make me cum

  • @SamsungAZ09 first of all fuck u the reason why people look down on you guys is not because your light or dark is because you guys r just fuckin loud and rude most black people I meet look disgusting act disgusting and they hate too dam much I not sayin your all like that but people will look at the big picture not the small picture so stop using excuses you have a black president that should tell you to get off this racist shit bitch

  • @Firstlast517 I believe she is referring to the problems that African American woman have living in the us. We were spilt up in complexion categories for years. When we were seen as slaves the lighter blacks were house slaves in other words saying that they were better because they were closer to their masters complexion . SN: nobody gives two shits about yu being afircan Smh

  • She is soo pretty :)

  • Reason why people get mad at other people opinion, is the reason behind there opinion.

  • @westherie I never said I wasn't fucken African I'm African all the way I made that comment because this bitch keeps acting like being light is better she may no say it in these words but you can tell from the way she's talkin and it just seemed like this is her favorite topic and Yeah I have a thin nose long soft hair and I'm light the point I was trying to make is no matter how close you look close to being white you will never be white you r still black at the end of the day

  • I don't really think you are that light, however your complexion is beautiful regardless.

  • just don't worry. we are all humans. to many misconceptions..

  • You said you don't have it easy just because your light bitch your just light ok I'm somali and I have long soft beautiful her yes I'm light and my nose is thin you just light you still look African ok so just stop talkin talk no matter what you say we can tell you think white light whatever is better and your fake as hell actions talk louder than words you wish you was white and you will never be

  • @firstlast517 You have a thin nose? so what? Do you think by having these features makes you less african? Somali is in Africa, hello! so you are African. Am Somali and I am African. So you are african.

  • Her lips r ugly I not tryna be mean

  • @firstlast517, its not the lips it the fake eyebrows.

  • @firstlast517 No they aren't. Did you create her?

  • Pale Skin - Pure Win

  • You fucken whore your the only one that's interested in this shit cuz you keep talking about you r trying so fucken hard to look white look at the shit you got on your head your not white bitch shut the fuck up hoe as u can see no one cares everyone is beautiful BTW I'm somali shut the fuck up your ugly as fuck and I think you just want Niggas to check u out we get it bitch don't act like you care about black white whatever

  • i can tell that you beleive lighter is better, look at your makeup its like 3 shades lighter then the rest of your body...giirrrl who you tryna fool.....

  • im light skin, but i think dark skin girls are way prettier.... well some... but hey black is black and black is beautiful

  • @1987jbabY BE QUIETE WERE EQUAL! WHY DOES IT MATTER ABOUT OUR SKIN COLOR! STOP TALKING ABOUT SKIN COLORS! WE ARE ALL EQUAL! WHITES,BLACKS,TAN, WE ARE ALL EQUAL!!!!!

  • Well, SOMEONES' half white and dealing with identity issues .......

  • @TheMichaelDenny she's african. both of her parents are from cameroon.

  • @sodiana1 She got those eyes, complexion and hair from somewhere, and it damn sure wasn't the congo.

  • @TheMichaelDenny i'm nigerian and we range in color drastically. you don't have to be mixed to be that light. i have family her complexion with parents that are dark brown. as for her hair idk if that's her's or not as well as her eyes

  • @sodiana1 Like I said, she got it from somewhere. And only one race has anything other than black eyes and black hair.

  • @TheMichaelDenny and u know her lineage all of a sudden? i've met a girl born and raised in kenya with blue eyes. no contacts or anything. and black ppl can have brown hair. and ppl can obviously wear contacts or a wig or weave. point blank she's black. that's just what i'm trying to say. calling her a half white girl isn't much of an argument

  • @sodiana1 There is only one group of people who have anything other than black hair or black eyes. It's simple biology, hon. If a person has something other than black hair and black eyes, it's because there is a dose of Europe in their veins (Albinism aside, of course.) The country of their birth is entirely irrelevant.

  • wow good explanation

  • I love your hair:)

  • @Jazzerbazz Honey that is a wig not her real hair.

  • Great video!!! It's so great to hear that from another black person. We've got to stop passing these insane mental sicknesses learned from slavery and white supremecy on to our future generations. Remember why there are so many different colors within the Black race.

  • A preference would be shape, size, height, personality traits & things of that nature.

A skin color is not preference, that would be discrimination. Nothing sounds right about saying I won't date you if you're lightskin/darkskin.

  • why do Black people focus so much on skin color? my goodness..

  • @cynthx Are you serious? After years of indoctrination and institutionalised normalisation of subtle racism some black people truly do hate themselves. Jesus Christ how fast they forget.

  • I love your eyes :) you're gorgeous

  • Wit dickhead sucken lippz like deez, color ain't even a issue!

  • Pro tip. Don't shoot videos where the wind and other background noise is constantly intruding.

  • IT MAKES NO DIFFRENCE THE SHADE? DO YOU HAVE NAPPY PUBIC HAIR? YES OR NO?

  • @phildrice lmb0

  • @phildrice I think you may have been trying to reply to someone else. I was talking about the wind noise and background sound in the video.

  • Stop being condescending and patronizing to dark skinned black people. It does not help. they don't need people making light of real differences in the way they are treated and perceived.

  • light skin versus black skin goes back to the Lynch Letters...in the letter he says: turn them against each other light versus dark skinned...we have been trained to program our minds that light skinned is better and the American society has bought into the letter as well...if ur light ur right...if ur hair is nappy ppl arent happy...its the mindset that has been programmed into our minds. Only the individual can change their perspective on what the world says about our skin tone...

  • Once again im'a send you to school "this simple little list of differences,On top of my list is "Age", but it is there only because it starts with "A", the second is "Color" or shade, there is intelligence, status on plantations. The Black slave will become self refueling and self-generating for hundreds of years, maybe thousands". google The Willie Lynch syndrome Teddy Bear

  • Don't Sleep on the Chocolate girls they are a real pleasure but you know the Brothers like the Red baby. What has been our track record on that. You may be more Earthy but not all Light Skinned girls are. You seem more like a Hippie Chick but what about Light Skinned girls who aren't Hippie Chicks, they will not see it the same way as you do? You are an Earthy Chick and a nice girl but do you think you are condescending Dark Skin Girls and Darker Skinned people a little?

  • @BonusCivis I say you are condescending them because you are trying to convince darker skinned people that Lighter Skin doesn't carry "Social Capital". That's a little wrong to do that because it does. Do darker Skinned Blacks have to work and push a little harder? Of course they do . Young Lady you know to yourself that Light Skinned it may not be a cakewalk for but you know good and dang well they are fully aware of their Social Advantages that they carry but I can appreciate your intent.

  • THERE IS NO DEBATE! Just some jealous dark skin girls wanting it all just., FACE THE FACTS you cant force a man to find you attractive if he prefers light skin chicks

  • gen; 49th chapter deut; 28th chapter revulations 7 th chapter you can find the curses the was put on you and the blessing you will receive when all Yah's lost sheep is awaken get knowlege of self ever wonder why they only trace our history back to babylonia and africa we kno where not hamitic africans they sold us along with th ishmelites (arabs) and the edomites whites to the (spaniors) europians who sold us to the (kahzars witch are the mainstream jews of today) not the hebrew yisraelites

  • you are lightskinned because you where mixed with other races the sin of solomon; native indian, black americans, mexicans, dominacian, pueto ricans, hawiians, panamania, hatians, west indians, jamacians, columbians, and cubins are all from the same race shemitic that means of the descendent of shem noah's son atfer the great flood abraham was a descendent of shem he begat isac , isaac begat jacob who name was change to to yisrael for he wrestled with an angle and Jacob had twelve sons read

  • too breezy... !!

  • 9ice.

  • Although i do believe that light-skin privilege does exist, I agree that we should be more unified as a black community to combat that racism that exist against all of us.

  • @psamps2 How can we be unified when we don't even like each other?

  • i think u are so pretty cuz we look alike in the face, eyes and lips lol.

  • Ewww bitch you are fucking ugly with your big ol flat nose and ugly clown lips. I just puked. IDGAF what color you are, you are ugly as fuck.

  • i agree with this girl 100%. if this girl lived near me, i'd definitely would love to have a conversation with her on other issues as well. she's a very intelligent PERSON, and it doesn't take long to tell.

  • I love all women. I have dated women of all shades. However, I prefer thick hispanics and thick whites with fair skin/dark hair. Does mean I'm racist? Nope. Some people like green M&M's while some like yellow. Who cares? It doesn't matter as long as the person has no ill-will towards people of skin tones...

  • I love those lips but u contradict ur self with hazel contacts and dark blonde hair afraid that's the European epidemic

  • im so tired of these kinda topic's

  • Skin color doesn't matter to me. I'm more concerned about what you say or do than your skin color. You definitely look good though.

  • i dont get that lauren london thought she was a good girl .. lol!

  • the oppressed have now become the oppressors and have now taken the place of the original oppressors and are busy oppressing themselves..

  • Your attitude is very genuine and sincere. Do you like Asian guys? I grew up in California and I am not attracted to Asian girls. Vinh

  • Your attitude is very genuine and sincere. Do you

  • I like them both so I dont discriminate at all =-D!

  • Sis! You said you will date anyone, race does not matter!

your parents are from cameroon and i know africans are very strict on who their children marry, what would your parents say if you brought home a man that was not african?

  • its all pink on the inside

  • I can see your fro hanging out that wiiiiiiiiiiig. This girl will NEVER EVER be happy. I feel sooo bad for the dude that has to absorb her miserable rambling at home. You look like u gotta Wonder Woman costume on.

  • You are West African, why do you concern yourself with the social and mental issues in the black American community. West African have no time debating about light skin and dark skin it should not concern you. This is coming from a West African man

  • @MrSivram28 This is because she was probably born here in the states. I doubt that she even speaks her own African language so she's pretty much American. She is affected by American social culture just as I am. I too was born here to parents from west Africa but unlike her mine never had to or wanted to immigrate they only visited. She's black and American culture does not distinguish between different ethic people ofAfrican descent. Dominicans are foolish when they ignore this

  • @SpectacularFrontiers That means nothing I was also raised in North America, Light skin Dark Skin is a foolish debate for people who have nothing better to do.

  • @MrSivram28 I wholeheartedly agree with you. This is only because I assimilated African culture and mores but understand you are living in a white dominated culture. You are not in Africa. The only way to solve this problem is to bring it to the surface through discussion, exchange of viewpoints. They do not have the benefit of being in a black dominant culture. Consciousness is shaped by environment. The environment is different. You just can't ignore the problem by sticking your head in a

  • @MrSivram28 hole and dismissing the problem as non existent. Media, education, politics and economics shape consciousness or modes of thinking. In Africa you are surrounded by black images all around in every sphere of life. Not so in the US. Everytime you open a magazine or textbook you see images. When you turn on the television, you see images. Cognition is primarily shaped by visual stimuli that's why young black children in a study about beauty primarily choose white dolls as more

  • @MrSivram28 more beautiful than black dolls when presented with those choices. How many black professionals do our black children see on TV or the movies? We are constantly inundated with images of black buffoons, sport stars, cursing actors, homosexuals, criminals, etc. These shape consciousness. You should understand this or you might have a tough time raising healthy achievement orientated children in the US. These video blogs bring issues to the surface so that people can objectively

  • @MrSivram28 understand the absurdity of them. I love these blogs. They have helped me better understand relationships, politics, and pertinent economic issues. They are free of corporatist big media manipulation. I get to read how people think worldwide. I am no longer live in a fish bowl. I get to think as a fish in the open seas.

  • I think most people would agree when I say it's NOT the skin color, it's the ATTITUDE. The attitude most black guys seem to have of tryin to be "playas" and "hit dat", and most black women seem to be loud, annoying, and excessive body gestures. I have nothing but respect for the old school blacks who earn an honest living and teach their kids responsibility and respect and values. But long as we have "lil ____" makin records bout fuckin white girls and clubs and blowjobs at 17, well, you get it.

  • @yellowmusicfreak lil wayne and his "red bone " womanology .. good god..

  • @yellowmusicfreak its refreshing to read someone who isnt trying to "front" and pretend that this doesnt exist.. i think the heady days of black american entertainment that was fit for consumption not out of the porn industry have long gone, if you dont make records that look like they should be on the top shelf of a magazine stand , you wont get signed.. so if you are a rapper you have to be vile and disgsting otherwise NO PAPER..

  • Thank you sister for expressing your opinion and I highly respect that of you as a black woman and as a beautiful human being. But let me shed a little light on this skin complexion and one of the reason why majority blacks do focus on it so much....And of course it goes back to slavery,... (TO BE CONTINUED)...

  • (C) (cont'd)

Now it begins like this....The slave master would rape the black slave women, the black slave women gave birth to those slave masters baby and because this baby was the slave masters baby, this child was given special treatment, although, still a slave, but this slave wasn't treated as harsh as the others, shortly after the slave masters baby was born, the black male "mandingo" would be brought in to impregnate the black slave woman again to continue breeding more strong slaves

  • @ricojones76 ...So what do you have now? A "black" slave child and light skinned slave child,..One of which is in the fields and the other is in the house,...of course the slaves masters child was in the house and the "mandingo" slave child was in the field.

  • @ricojones76 Therefore giving the impression that because this "house slave" was in the house was thought to be better than the field slave created the stigma that still plagues us today of "thinking" that lighter skinned blacks are better, received special treatment, favoritism, etc. And unfortunately, quite a few light skinned African Americans’ believe this to be true so they tend to rub into the faces of the darker skinned African Americans’,...however

  • @ricojones76 , they fail to realize that they are the great descendants of rape victims and that their great great great grandfathers were rapist. Otherwise, the African slave women would have nothing to do with white men "slave masters", so sex was "taken" and when the other slave women saw that these slave women who were raped by the slave masters began to receive slightly better treatment because they gave birth to a slave masters baby

  • @ricojones76 ,. they too begun to sleep willingly with white men as well for hopes of giving birth to a slave masters child for better treatment, food, etc. Today, the actions have changed; the mindset however, remains the same. And until OUR women begin to see the warriors, protectors, Kings and Queens we once saw in ourselves again as we once did,....things will continue to be this way....

  • @ricojones76 Remember,. When the Emancipation Proclamation was written,. They wanted to burn us, kill us, destroy us by any means necessary because we were no longer needed or wanted here and since they could do that,...they decided to "breed" us out and turn us against each other and watch us destroy ourselves. So,. don’t think this is just something that blacks decided to wake up and start doing on our own,

  • Respond to this video... . it’s been beaten, bred, and taught for many generations to come.....Don't get me wrong,. I am a good and descent proud black man,. Not a racist,. Just pro-black....Meaning that I'm not putting down any other race by no means,..I just prefer my own....Like the video says,. we all have our preference,. and mine is black.......Just some food for thought.....

  • do you watch misfits? you look just like alisha ;)

  • The so-called standard of beauty seems to be a brainwashing that most of us can't explain....I think that the key issue is of subconscious influence...we don't "consciously" now why. I've also noticed lighter black women that wear bronzer or use mechanical tanning machines. Darker skin women use brighteners....I think we ALL are very self-critical....BLAME it on colonialism. Great point re: cosmetic surgery used to mimic black folks....

  • You said it best “never ending debate” so why not leave it alone?

  • you look prettier with curly hair

  • It's interesting in america.........Black people want to be lighter

While white people want to get tans.......I guess no one's happy with their skin color.

  • u fine but u talk way to damn much....... STFU.......I BET YOU LAME AS FUCK WHERE YOU FROM

  • STFU UP ,,,,UR SO LAME

  • I like both!!!

  • Comment removed

  • the truth is that white people don't divide into light skin and dark skin. They call us all black and in the end that's what we are, black people.

  • @Jmacsexy brown!

  • first time I agree with u

  • Dark Skinned is black and Light Skinned is not get over it!

  • You are very attractive, and what I like the most is your proper use of the English language. Thank you very much. You have much potential.

  • Comment removed

  • Do you understand the irony of a "high, yellow chick" (who takes women's studies classes :) ) saying color doesnt matter??? I see pledging AKA in your future.

  • @ok you stuipid nigger!do you wanna make a porno!

  • @shharris 08 You bitch as @nigga dont tell me im ingorant! This bitch is fine. The subjects she talk about dont move me.Even you 187 j Both of yall can suck my dick.

  • @helloilovexyou thank you!

  • @a z097637 though she attractive yes, you're ignore, superficial and deafened by her light skin and curly hair that the only comment u could make was to do her doggy style. This is the pervasive ignorance that travels through the black community. hair

  • @shharris08 thank you!

  • @shharris08 yes, i see a lot of that nonsense where sexually aggressive suggestion takes the place of intelligent discourse ..

  • i like both light skin and dark skin women, as long as they are both cute

  • @nigger im darkskin alot of pretty light bitches like you love me!Lets kickit im from youngstown ohio im not hard to find! The city where hunkess get killed by blacks everyday.@I wanna fuck the dog shit out of your sexy ass!you wanna find out about me to.@bitch you made this video to see the commits so i no you notice me!

  • lol theres no such thing as a light skinned black person..thats a term between blacks.Yellow is lightskin..brown is brown and everyone else is pretty much darkskinned.

  • you look prettier this way (:

  • SUPER DUPER TRUTH. LOVE IT.

  • I am black and I have some dark skinned family members but because of my background, I am light skinned. A lot of dark skinned black people (including friends) treat me differently because of that. They also think I am egotistical and better than everyone because I speak properly. I am not trying to be offensive but it's true. :(

  • I totally agree with you. Where in the world were you? That wind was making me feel chilly. I have a book for you too. "Off the Record by Allison Samuels". I totally love this book and you will too.

  • You are very intelligent! thanks for Sharing!

  • @dluellen123 i appreciate it! so much more to come!

  • If a man or woman judges you for your skin tone then they are the person that's wrong. I'm a white man and I don't care about skin color, what I care about is the person. I have seen beautiful women that are so dark that they are almost black, instead of brown.

  • @lautz73 so YOU say

  • @RottenPeachState706 Yes so I say. I happen to have 2 beautiful mixed children with a black woman. Skin color doesn't bother me at all. I mean we are all the same on the inside. The same organs in the same places that perform the same functions.

  • @lautz73 thats what you white folks say ALL the time i've noticed & turn around & be the same ol' stereotypical white man that has built up racial animus in the end of the day if you from outside of the confines of this so-called 'nation' then i tend to believe the external white ppl dont have an issue with race BUT if you from 'america' then i do NOT believe you yalls history here is a rotatin' door when it comes to racial issues

  • @RottenPeachState706 1 of my good friends growing up was a mexican. I have no problems with any race. I see them as a person and not the color of their skin. I suggest that you start doing the same thing before somebody takes offense to it.

  • @lautz73 i could actually care less like i said if you from 'america' then i doubt ALL you white folks motives

  • @RottenPeachState706 And yet you call me a racist when you openly challenge somebody by saying "white folks". Sounds like you have the problem with racism and you're just projecting it onto other people.

  • @lautz73 MY GOD the only white man in the world with this mind-set. lol j/k

Bless you, and have an amazing time in the world of beautiful women of all shades. You're one lucky feller ;D

  • comin from a predominantly dark-skinned background/culture,my choices then r determined by character, values, personality traits etc then maybe color last.on the other hand western culture has a wider variety of choice which makes the whole choosing game confusing, also pple overlook the MAIN things which r character integrity personality discipline etc.. and i cant blame the population BUT Mass media or should i call it american mass deception thats brainwashed us into deep superficiality!!

  • @1987jbaby....Lite skinned played out , its all about brown skinned niggas Lolz

  • Yuuuup i so agree girl & r u juss Black or mixed??..me personally im mixed & ppl alwayz think im conceited & ish just bcuz of it!!!..itz so retarted 2 me!!!!

  • she mad sexy(: let me holla at cha..

let me holla holla hollllla LoL

  • damn u bad
