This love Sakura truely is an amazing character from Naruto, or any anime show that is, and she's so strong since she's able to hold her love for Sasuke for so long.
If you want emotion I would say you watch Clannad or something, don't wanna rain on your parade but I don't see naruto as a very intriguing story. Also the amount of things that happen and flashbacks and recaps in one episode is just sad.
@MrPandawesome At this point down the line id be inclined to agree with you. I made this video years ago, Shippuuden was new and the pacing was really good early in the series. Things have changed now, ive gotten older and grown out of anime to an extent, only watch it once in a blue moon but it doesnt change the fact that I really like Sakura and every aspect of her conception and growth, shes pretty much the only reason i ever go near the series.

I LOVE this video. Sakura is my favorite female manga/anime character of ALL time. I admire her and heck, this may sound nerdy, but she's actually my inspiration to drive me when I myself train or work out. Her growth in the series is the best of anyone, her role isn't HUGE but it's very important, and she's very, very admirable. Even though she is NOT the most powerful ninja out there, she's still incredibly strong in her own way.

I really really love this video. And i agree with you with the description, i think because of shippuuden i've also come to like pre-shippuden sakura aswell, since obviously she was very weak as a kunoichi, but was extremely intelligent, and she had this motivation to be the best that she could be, especially after the sound-nin attacked her (but mainly so she could beat ino and win sasuke's heart of course) that drive has made her who she is today, and tsunade recognised this.

Great video! Really shows Sakura's progression as a character. Iike sakura because she's one of the most believable characters in Naruto. She's a whiney brat when she's young (who isnt?) and then grows into a strong, fine young woman. Keep making these awesome videos!

Well, Sasuke is what makes the entire series worth watching. Without him, the show would just be Naruto embarked on random journies, and you wouldn't have the whole Sasuke/Sakura. The hate blood and revenge makes it worth watching.
Sakura is often misjudged or not understood. In a way, I believe that Kishimoto is showing her a deservice, and favoriting Sasuke. In fact, he admitted that Sasuke was his favorite character. But one really didn't him to admit it, I mean anyone can look at the manga and tell Sasuke's his favorite! But I really do feel sorry for Sakura, Hinata, Tenten, and all the other girls and characters that get look over because their girls or they're deemed "not as important" as Sasuke, Naruto, etc.

In my opinion Sakura goes on to become one of the strongest characters in Naruto. When the series moves on to Shippuden, its obvious how different she is from the weak girl who appeared in the first episode.

I think Naruto going away was one of the best things that ever happened in the story . Had he not, Sakura would have been the same girl she always was. The shy little Sakura is probably still in her somewhere, but she has become stronger and left all of that behind her. She is my favorite girl in Naruto now, but only because of how she became in Shippuden.

I do think she deserves to be with Naruto now. At one point I thought she'd get with Sasuke, but looking back I'm glad that didn't happen. Sasuke leaving completely changed her as a person and gave her a new goal. I don't even think she loves him anymore. I think her love for Sasuke is like how she loved Naruto in part 1 now. She does blush everytime he says something, so I think that says a lot about her really. The way she cares for him, like when she sticks up for him, its not friendship anymore. Its gone way beyond that. Any fan of the series can see that. I think after this arc is over, someone will. Unfortunatley thats the fault of the compression, when the video was in the process stage it was clear as a crystal, however this is a converted copy of the original which was deleted along with my old account. Im sorry, i dont even know myself, i got it from a random torrent of top 30 japanese songs from oricon, the artist and title were both in japanese and i no longer have it, but if its any consolation, the bit i used was the only good bit of the entire song. :/ I probly used particle illusion for a couple of things, but most of it is adobe premiere and after effects.

great video!! and insightful .. when she actualy defeated Sasori that's when I realised she had grown up and... she had confidence. When Naruto went from 8 tails to sage and Pein said he has confidence I believe Naruto also grew up a bit more at the moment. I don't know if Sasuke has grown up yet.. well see how this most amazing story pans out. Too much depth to be summed up so easily.

You really dont understand the story OR the characters, do you? I don't even think you're reading the same book as everyone else. xD You've completely twisted (and missed out) huge chunks of plot direction in just one small sentance. I can tell you're quite young so im not gonna get annoyed but please drop the attitude, wait til you've grown up a bit and then re-read the story with an open mind the way the writer intended. When you do so come back and we can discuss it properly one day.

wow, sweet vid. It definetly speaks the truth and accuratley sums up the relationship of the character and her relationship with the two boys. I read your description, and i agree with 99.9% of it. the only point of disagreement i felt was when you said she has become "masculine" for wanting to protect the boys. i disagree. girls feel that way too, it's not just a masculine feeling ( iwould know :/ ). but other than that, bravo! i love this vid!
Sorry, i did say 'masculine /in her own way/' I didnt mean that wanting to protect someone is a masculine trait, simply that she has adopted this rather aggressive, assertive persona that is at odds with the feminine role she previously had. Not to say women cant share those traits but the archetypal female throughout history has been a symbol of love and peace, as individuals this obviously doesnt apply but in a story dominated by men, it stands out when a girl like sakura begins to fit in.

Haha, god no, almost all my favourite fictional heroes and characters are women or gay (Almost all my videos are tributes to strong female characters). I have a lot of respect for women in fiction facing adversity, I think they can pull off intense scenes and situations that male characters just cant ever play as well and its a shame people dont recognise that more.

Great video! Really shows Sakura's progression as a character. Iike sakura because she's one of the most believable characters in Naruto. She's a whiney brat when she's young (who isnt?) and then grows into a strong, fine young woman. Keep making these awesome videos!

i hate sakura when she was young cuz seem to be like she have nothing in her brain but only chasing sasuke heart but since she training with tsunade she become more wiser stronger and prudential made me love her now .

Well, Sasuke is what makes the entire series worth watching. Without him, the show would just be Naruto embarked on random journies, and you wouldn't have the whole Sasuke/Sakura. The hate blood and revenge makes it worth watching.

Sakura is often misjudged or not understood. In a way, I believe that Kishimoto is showing her a deservice, and favoriting Sasuke. In fact, he admitted that Sasuke was his favorite character. But one really didn't him to admit it, I mean anyone can look at the manga and tell Sasuke's his favorite! But I really do feel sorry for Sakura, Hinata, Tenten, and all the other girls and characters that get look over because their girls or they're deemed "not as important" as Sasuke, Naruto, etc.

The seconds were close, so if you meant where she hit the tree then episode 1 of Shippuden... if when the image of Tsunade emerges with hers, then around Shippuden 19 or maybe 25/27.

In my opinion Sakura goes on to become one of the strongest characters in Naruto. When the series moves on to Shippuden, its obvious how different she is from the weak girl who appeared in the first episode.

I think Naruto going away was one of the best things that ever happened in the story . Had he not, Sakura would have been the same girl she always was. The shy little Sakura is probably still in her somewhere, but she has become stronger and left all of that behind her. She is my favorite girl in Naruto now, but only because of how she became in Shippuden.

I do think she deserves to be with Naruto now. At one point I thought she'd get with Sasuke, but looking back I'm glad that didn't happen. Sasuke leaving completely changed her as a person and gave her a new goal. I don't even think she loves him anymore. I started to think that she actually is in love with Naruto now, if you look at how she acts in Shippuden.

I think her love for Sasuke is like how she loved Naruto in part 1 now. She does blush everytime he says something, so I think that says a lot about her really. The way she cares for him, like when she sticks up for him, its not friendship anymore. Its gone way beyond that. Any fan of the series can see that. I think after this arc is over, someone will. They need to because everyone wants some sort of relationship to happen now lol.

Unfortunatley thats the fault of the compression, when the video was in the process stage it was clear as a crystal, however this is a converted copy of the original which was deleted along with my old account. There simply wasnt anything i could do about the quality, i apologise, it wasnt on par with the original but i just wanted to share what id made with my friends.

Im sorry, i dont even know myself, i got it from a random torrent of top 30 japanese songs from oricon, the artist and title were both in japanese and i no longer have it, but if its any consolation, the bit i used was the only good bit of the entire song. :/ I probly used particle illusion for a couple of things, but most of it is adobe premiere and after effects.

great video!! and insightful .. when she actualy defeated Sasori that's when I realised she had grown up and... she had confidence. When Naruto went from 8 tails to sage and Pein said he has confidence I believe Naruto also grew up a bit more at the moment. I don't know if Sasuke has grown up yet.. well see how this most amazing story pans out. Too much depth to be summed up so easily.

You really dont understand the story OR the characters, do you? I don't even think you're reading the same book as everyone else. xD You've completely twisted (and missed out) huge chunks of plot direction in just one small sentance. I can tell you're quite young so im not gonna get annoyed but please drop the attitude, wait til you've grown up a bit and then re-read the story with an open mind the way the writer intended. When you do so come back and we can discuss it properly one day.

Sigh...do I have to point this out again? This video is NOT to show pairings, it's to show the evolution of Sakura. Read the story more, look into depth, she is a phenomenal character. But since everyone insists on starting an arguement over this I'll point you in the right direction.

ahen she also cried when naruto told her what he was and so what she cried at least she shows emotions and first of all she does say thank-you and even risked bodily harm when naruto was in kyuubi form so she doesn't suck and who says this is a narusaku vid

wow, sweet vid. It definetly speaks the truth and accuratley sums up the relationship of the character and her relationship with the two boys. I read your description, and i agree with 99.9% of it. the only point of disagreement i felt was when you said she has become "masculine" for wanting to protect the boys. i disagree. girls feel that way too, it's not just a masculine feeling ( iwould know :/ ). but other than that, bravo! i love this vid!

Sorry, i did say 'masculine /in her own way/' I didnt mean that wanting to protect someone is a masculine trait, simply that she has adopted this rather aggressive, assertive persona that is at odds with the feminine role she previously had. Not to say women cant share those traits but the archetypal female throughout history has been a symbol of love and peace, as individuals this obviously doesnt apply but in a story dominated by men, it stands out when a girl like sakura begins to fit in.

Haha, god no, almost all my favourite fictional heroes and characters are women or gay (Almost all my videos are tributes to strong female characters). I have a lot of respect for women in fiction facing adversity, I think they can pull off intense scenes and situations that male characters just cant ever play as well and its a shame people dont recognise that more.

Anyways, Sasuke lost my interest when he started getting freaking superpowers and going "I KILLED OROCHIMARU" I love whichever Akatsuki member who said that he was the one who had the opportunity.
Back to Sakura, in the beginning I loved her because while she was fangirling... SHE WAS THINKING SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Go Inner Sakura! I was really proud (of a manga character, yes,) when she was able to express her feelings. :D
