There should never be a 'right time' for an artist. A champion freestyler has to adapt to ANY beat and make something of it. In my opinion, Snoop is the best freestyler of all time. He did an interview with Westwood and freestyled about what they had talked about in the interview: any topic, any time, any where. Freestyle is anti-preparation; and not about reading off your blackberry.
