@vklolita pues no siempre es exacto, eh!! Yo no uso el doble de la medida de cintura en tela..porque no me gusta que quede muy recogido....suelo usar la medida de mi cintura y la mitad más. Ahora con respecto al elástico yo uso la medida exacta de mis caderas o cintura.

@vklolita .dependiendo de a donde la vas a querer...y cuán apretado planeas que esté..mides exactamente tu cintura, por ejemplo, y si son 64 cm de cintura usas 66 centímetros de elástico..dejas 2 para la costura...y eso lo jalas a la medida de tela que hayas querido usar.....(no olvides que el elástico debe apretar un poco el lugar en donde va a estar o de lo contrario la falda de quedará como una barca!!). Espero que te ayude
