For this video, we weren't using our own equipment because it was in for repairs, but what we actually use if far superior than the microphones and video in this, plus the actors are different in the real film.

lol nah man, this is completely inaccurate. We're making a huge production of this at the moment, and released a dramatization (which is this) that was meant to be as if the whole movie was summed up in 5 minutes), but since then we've added a lot more to it, and the final product WILL be completely factual- we've even been collaborating with historians and museums for authenticity. Plus, the sets were incomplete here. They're now fully finished, and I'll be uploading a tour soon!

Everything except the telegraphs themselves were scratch built. The lifejackets are from one of the Titanic films- I think the 1996 TV film's. These were purchased through a prop dealer.

This is nothing short of amazing for amateur filmmakers. I really applaud the work you're doing, and I can't wait to see more. The officer may want to have his hair cut, though, because, from experience as a Navy man, he would never pass inspection!

Truly great demo! I can't wait to see the full film! Anyway, If I recall the signal they set was ...---... if correct? If not I will see for a correction soon enough. You got the hole set right, all of the correct using and parts in the Wireless Operator room.

I'm glad you like it! We're doing our best to make it authentic, and we've improved a lot on the set since this was filmed. We're filming the first half of the movie at the end of December, and I'll be able to upload more previews, but the second half has to wait until summer because a lot of it takes place in water.

This is just a demo. The engine worker who attempts to steal the jacket in the final moments will be in the full film. We also will flood the sets in the real film.

Thanks! When we filmed the DEMO, it was unstoryboarded and unscripted, using incomplete sets and temporary actors. The final film will have a LOT more to offer!

The officer is fourth officer Moody, although he took on the role of forwarding the plot like the captain will in the film. Moody was played by me, the director and writer.

BTW, when you mentioned that the officer was Moody, you got something wrong: James Moody was the Sixth Officer of the Titanic, not the Fourth. The Fourth Officer was Joseph Boxhall.
