@shrimper2121 They sure did and some still do. They use them to hunt vampire bats and Kangaroo. The Aussies learned of the boomerang by mistake while throwing a slightly curved Kylie stick. It turned in flight and then they perfected it from there. I'm just taking it to a new level thanks to them. I just shipped a boomerang to your country last week. Peace

@anyusernamesleftest This shape is no where near as interesting as some of my other booms. As far as what makes them return has a lot to do with Gyroscopic motion and some fine tuned airfoils. That would be the basic term. There are many topics on line explaining it.

I have tried throwing my traditinal returning boomerang and I can't seem to get it right. I tried using lots of techniques of throwing it but the boomerang when returning is to high to catch. What should i do?

@Sci2011 So is it actually returning over your head. Well that is a good thing. Sounds like you need to throw it a little lighter and try different heights of release or even different angles until you hit the sweet spot. Another thing is to try and use the wind to your advantage. Any chance of seeing you in a video throwing it?
